Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Test Management or Process Assurance roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing and governing operations teams/units.
• Banking domain experience required (Retail/Corporate/Payments/Loans/Operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for banking applications.
• Ensure adherence to process assurance frameworks and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing cycles.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
