Responsibilities

• Operate food production equipment and tools used in baking.
• Assist in preparation, baking, cooling, and packing of pastries.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods hygienically.
• Receive, check, and store ingredients and packaging materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records.
• Conduct monthly stock counts and assist at inventory stock takes.
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for storage or delivery.
• Perform basic quality checks on products.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and storage areas.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Follow workplace safety rules and procedures.
