What you'll be doing

Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products

Follow recipes and production standards to ensure consistency

Measure, mix, and prepare dough and batters accurately

Decorate or finish baked items when required

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the baking area

Monitor baking supplies and ingredients; report low stock levels

Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen SOPs

What we're looking for
