Job description

We’re seeking for talented and energetic Backend Developers (PHP Laravel) at both Junior & Senior levels to join our ultra-resourceful team at ULTRANET TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. As part of our team, you will be responsible to develop and maintain scalable, advanced and efficient backend system using PHP Laravel framework.

• Junior Developer: RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 (depend on skillset and experience)
• Senior Developer: RM 6,000 onwards (depend on skillset and experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of production systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Who We’re Looking For:

Junior Level (1-2 years experience)

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in backend PHP Laravel framework.
• Required skill(s): PHP Laravel, Node.js.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Has knowledge in Git.
• A fast learner with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.

Senior Level (3-5 years experience)

• At least 3-5 years of solid working experience in backend PHP Laravel framework.
• Required skill(s): PHP Laravel, Node.js.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Possess strong skills in application design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Team leadership skill is a strong advantage.
• Ability to provide guidance to junior developers and make key technical decisions.
