Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Backend Developer with solid hands-on experience in Golang to support the development of our core backend systems that power our real-time, high-performance platforms. You will work closely with senior engineers to build scalable services, implement microservice components, and ensure reliable data processing across our distributed systems.

This role is ideal for developers who have strong practical Go experience, enjoy backend problem-solving, and want to grow rapidly in a modern engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend service components using Golang.
• Implement scalable REST/gRPC API services for production environments.
• Integrate with internal platform services (e.g., data services, wallet, risk logic).
• Assist in building event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and improving system stability.
• Collaborate with senior backend engineers, DevOps, and frontend teams.
• Contribute to documentation and follow engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Golang development experience.
• Good understanding of backend fundamentals: REST APIs, microservices, concurrency.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, or equivalent data stores.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and solve problems independently.
• Strong interest in scalable systems, clean architecture, and backend engineering.

Nice to Have

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS).
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native environments.
