We had a humble beginning in 2009. We started as a secondary school tuition centre in Penang. At that time, our main focus was on guiding students to score more As in their exams. Sooner or later, we found that something was missing. Our students managed to score good grades in their exams but they lacked self‑discipline, communication skills, and leadership skills to survive in the real world. Despite knowing that most parents were only interested in scoring good grades, we made a bold move in 2013. We inserted leadership training elements into our education system.
