Job summary

A leading aviation company in Malaysia seeks a qualified individual for a critical quality assurance role. The hired candidate will act as the CAAM-approved Nominated Post Holder, leading the Quality Management System to ensure full regulatory compliance for the ATO. Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years’ working experience as a quality assurance specialist or similar compliance monitoring role.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the CAAM-approved Nominated Post Holder (Quality).
  • Lead, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop and enforce QA policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to verify compliance.
  • Monitor training operations to ensure compliance with ATO standards.
  • Oversee instructor governance and training records.
  • Proactively monitor quality performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine quality initiatives.
  • Ensure audit readiness at all times.
  • Champion a strong quality culture across the Academy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Professional certification in Quality (ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor)
