Key Responsibilities

• Conduct short courses and hands-on automotive training
• Deliver practical and theory lessons according to training syllabus
• Prepare lesson materials, tools, and workshop setup
• Guide students through assessment tasks and competency modules
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
• Ensure safe workshop practices and proper tool usage
• Support academy events, marketing activities or demo sessions
• Participate in curriculum improvement and course development

Must Have (Basic Entry Requirements)

• Knowledge/experience in automotive maintenance or repair
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia (English or Mandarin is a bonus)
• Passion for teaching and training
• Responsible, patient, and willing to guide learners

Great to Have (Added Advantage)

• VTO / TVET-I
• SKM Level 2 / 3 / Diploma in Automotive
• Experience as technician, foreman, mechanic or service advisor
• Experience teaching or mentoring (not compulsory)
