Salary Structure

Basic: RM2000 to RM2500 (Based on experience and qualifications, negotiable) + Performance Incentive: Up to RM3000 (Based on Group Sales Performance)

Operation Hours

9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Saturday)

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs while promoting additional services such as Body & Paint, Coating Detailing, PPF & Wrapping, Car Accessories, and more—ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Greet customers, assess their service needs, prepare accurate cost estimates, and actively recommend suitable services or maintenance packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently with mechanics, technicians, and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Accurately document service details, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and follow up on pending services or unresolved issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise the quality of completed work, conduct final vehicle inspections, and manage proper handover to customers.
  • Perform daily opening and closing tasks, including answering phone calls, handling walk-in customers, and processing payments.
  • Support overall branch operations by performing ad hoc duties and assisting other departments when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Automotive or a related field is an advantage.
  • 2-5 years in automotive service (dealership, garage, or service centre).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Sales and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
