An automotive sales company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the entire sales process in the showroom. You will manage a team of sales advisors, set targets, and ensure customer satisfaction while analyzing sales metrics for improvement. Candidates must have 3–5+ years in automotive sales or dealership management, with strong leadership and communication skills. This role provides an opportunity to shape sales strategies and drive team performance.
Oversee the full sales process — manage showroom sales operation, from first customer contact to final negotiation and closing.
Generate leads, own recruiting and manage a team of sales advisor, set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching/mentorship.
Manage inventory and display vehicles; ensure proper merchandising and showroom presentation.
Analyse sales data, manage key metrics (e.g. booking rate, conversion rates, vehicle allocation), and develop strategies to achieve sales target.
Work closely with marketing/operations to plan promotions, campaigns, and vehicle inventory procurement.
