Job description

Oversee the full sales process — manage showroom sales operation, from first customer contact to final negotiation and closing.

Generate leads, own recruiting and manage a team of sales advisor, set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching/mentorship.

Manage inventory and display vehicles; ensure proper merchandising and showroom presentation.

Analyse sales data, manage key metrics (e.g. booking rate, conversion rates, vehicle allocation), and develop strategies to achieve sales target.

Work closely with marketing/operations to plan promotions, campaigns, and vehicle inventory procurement.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven background in automotive sales or dealership environment — ideally 3–5+ years with management, team‑lead experience, sales and management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
  • Leadership and people‑management ability — capable of motivating a sales team toward targets.
  • Good business sense and understanding of sales KPIs and market trends.
  • (Optional/Preferred) Previous experience in used‑car sales or showroom operations — especially if dealing with used cars.
