Responsibilities

• Lead daily automation production operations.
• Oversee machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and procurement teams.
• Plan manpower, schedule production, and ensure resources are ready.
• Implement safety, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Prepare production performance reports.
• Train and supervise technical staff.
