Job summary

A major port management company in Gelang Patah is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager for Electrical Management. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering and 3–5 years of experience in SCADA and automation control systems. Responsibilities include overseeing the design and maintenance of SCADA systems, managing control systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SCADA, HMI, PLC programming, or automation control systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols like Modbus, OPC, and Profibus.
• Knowledge of AI applications in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, development, and maintenance of SCADA and HMI systems.
• Manage control systems including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments for weather delays or electrical interconnection delays.
