Job Description
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced automation systems and tools for manufacturing or process improvement.
  • Oversee system characterization, simulation correlation, and validation for protocols and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks, including scripting and deployment across multiple stations.
  • supporting equipmentactivities for new production lines or process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting for ongoing projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Process,EHS & etc
  • Prepare documentation and presentations as required by the project team.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in E&E Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

SKILLS:

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in automation systems, scripting languages (such as Python, PLC or any programming language)
  • Project Leadership: Proven track record in leading engineering projects
  • Analytical Skills: Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing, electronics, and process engineering environments.

PREFERRED:

  • Programing Strong interest in equipment technology, automation, and project management.
  • Extensive experience (usually 2+ years) in automation, electronic design, hardware development, or validation engineering.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Hands‑on experience in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.
  • Mentorship from experienced ET&A professionals.
  • Exposure to real‑world project management and process improvement.
