Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is looking for an Electrical Engineer with 1-2 years of PLC programming and SCADA experience. The role involves planning, testing, and commissioning of project control systems alongside designing electrical circuits for automated systems. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and be willing to travel. Excellent English communication skills are essential. Knowledge in Bentley Software or Beckhoff would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Over 1-2 years of experience in PLC programming, SCADA or HMI development, and electrical circuit design.
• Must be willing to travel within Malaysia and possibly overseas.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, developing, conducting testing & commissioning for project control systems.
• Design and draw electrical circuits for local control panels for the Automated Waste Collection System.
• Perform factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
• Identify breakdowns and provide troubleshooting or technical support.
• Conduct testing & commissioning of the company's products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in planning, developing, conducting testing & commissioning for project control system
• To design and draw electrical circuits for local control panel for AWCS develop PLC program and HMI software
• To design control system architecture and Electrical Schematic Drawings for local control panel for Automated Waste Collection System
• To perform factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT) and termination schedule
• To identify any breakdown and perform troubleshooting or any technical support as necessary required
• To conduct testing & commissioning of Company's product and system before handling over to customer

Qualifications

• Must Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Over 1~2 years experience in PLC programming, SCADA or HMI development and designing electrical circuits
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia (future might need to travel overseas)
  • Candidate will be assigned to a programming test during interview, the candidate must be at least able to make a PLC Function Block
  • Should not belong to competitor Envac (requested avoid)
• Advantages
  • Knowledge in Bentley Software or Beckhoff will be an added advantage
  • Candidate who know FBD (Functional Block Diagram) language has advantage
