Job summary

A design firm in Malaysia is seeking a Junior/Senior Executive for CAD works and architectural drawing production. Candidates should ideally possess a diploma or degree in Architecture. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM (Revit), with one year of experience preferred, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will prepare various building drawings while adhering to office standards and quality management protocols. Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out CAD works and drawing production according to office standards and guidelines.
• Understand and implement the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring all work conforms to standards.
• Prepare high‑rise building drawings, preliminary conceptual drawings, construction drawings, and tender drawings.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing workload under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, advanced/higher/graduate diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Junior Executive / Senior Executive specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Required Skills

• Knowledge and experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficient with AutoCAD or BIM (Revit); experience with BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Good command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
