Responsibilities

• Work closely within project team & client to understand the concept direction.

• Prepare full set of design/concept drawings and liaise with respective brand’s representative and regional office.

• Materials / specification selections (When required).

• Responsible for full set of construction drawing/ shop drawing/ technique drawing upon awarded.

• Familiar with CAD & SHOP drawing.

• Liaise with suppliers regarding material submission/confirmation.

• Work out technical & construction details including loose furniture & fixed furniture items for tender/ factory production.

• Conduct site measurements - site visit.

• To support & attend site meeting / inspection during project period.

• To monitor all project development from inception, planning, designing, tendering, construction to complete within deadline.

• Opportunity to work with local & oversea customers, & to explore different projects - commercial or retail.

• Technical discussion with internal department, e.g.: QS Dept, Project Team, etc.
