A consultancy firm in Malaysia is looking for an experienced professional to conduct audits and assist in IPOs and due diligence reviews. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Accounting and be fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients from Hong Kong and China. Responsibilities

• Carry out audit works for both Listed and Non-listed entities incorporated in HK.
• Assist in special projects such as IPO and due diligence review.
• Travel to HK, Mainland China and other Asia Pacific region as necessary.

• Fluent in English & Mandarin (as our clients mainly from HK & China);
• Positive, reliable, good attention to details, well organised in work; and
• Independent and self‑motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• To carry out audit works for both Listed and Non‑listed entities incorporated in HK;
• To assist in special projects such as HK/US/SG/MY IPO and due diligence review; and
• To travel to HK, Mainland China and other Asia Pacific region as and when necessary.
