Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in auditing jobs at branches according to plans and schedules.
• Visit outlets to check inventory and documents.
• Conduct audits in line with operational procedures.
• Submit monthly audit reports to management.
• Conduct inventory and cash checks.
• Ensure proper documentation of all items.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates looking to grow with us is highly encouraged to apply.

Preferably Junior Executives with experiences in internal auditing and accounting.

Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.

Fluent in English and Malay (Verbal and Written)

Knowledge of other local dialects would be an advantage for audit functions as staff would be required to communicate with outlet level.

Job Description:

To assist in order to carry out the auditing job at all principal and joint venture branches that has been assigned in accordance with approved plans and schedules.

To visit Secret Recipe outlets on a regular basis to check on the outlets inventory and operating documents.

To conduct the audit in line with cafe operational procedures and to report any findings that are not in line with standard operational procedures.

To submit the monthly reports of the audit findings to the management.

Conduct inventory, daily transaction and physical cash check.

To ensure all outlets are maintaining proper documentation of all items received and issued.

To assist in ad-hoc assignment as required by management.

To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.
