Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates currently pursuing ACCA / CPA / MICPA are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with audit process, MPERS, and Companies Act (training provided).
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities
Audit & Assurance
- Assist in planning and performing external audit engagements.
- Perform audit testing on financial statements, general ledgers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare working papers, audit schedules, and audit reports according to approved audit methodology.
- Assist in drafting audit findings and recommendations.
Client Engagement & Support
- Communicate with clients to gather required information and clarify audit queries.
- Maintain good working relationships with clients and provide basic accounting insights.
Teamwork & Learning
- Work closely with audit seniors and managers to complete assignments on time.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated with audit and accounting standards.
