Job description

Job Responsibilities

Inspects on car park service machinery and devices, and reports any malfunction for it to be repaired.

Perform minor repair & maintenance of car park equipment.

Assists in directing the flow of traffic during peak periods.

Provides information and assistance to customers who have queries or are experiencing any difficulty (e.g., cannot go out after payment made, etc).

Monitors the security of the car park via CCTV and by carrying out patrol duties.

Administers first aid to customers, if qualified and when necessary.

Any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

To comply with PDPA and Sunway Compliance Manual.

To ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any unauthorized 3rd party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager or the PDP Officer.

To adhere to the company's safety, health, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices to create a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for all.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Experience in car park operations, especially License Plate Recognition would be an added advantage.

Demonstrates ability to work in a team.

Capacity to work in shifts and able to work during weekend & Public Holidays, 6 working days.

Willing to be based at Sunway Putra Mall.
