Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Manager in executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, schools, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee group bookings, travel trade sales, and tourism packages.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and growth areas.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Maintain and update CRM database for effective pipeline management.
  • Generate and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ sales experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or theme parks.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A good industry network is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or other languages is an added advantage.
