Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation for HRMS modules.
  • Deliver internal training programs on HRMS features.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams ensuring content accuracy.
  • Support colleagues in using the HRMS effectively.

Skills

Excellent written and spoken English
Native or business-fluent Mandarin
Strong desire to master software
Good time-management
Basic knowledge of SQL

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and maintain accurate, user-friendly documentation: release notes, user guides, process workflows, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for all HRMS modules
  • Deliver internal training programs (live virtual sessions, recorded videos, quick-start guides, hands‑on workshops) on new features and major releases
  • Work daily with our Product and R&D teams to ensure 100% accuracy in all content
  • Be the friendly ‘go-to-person’ who helps colleagues understand how to use the HRMS
  • Created user guides, video tutorials, or training decks for university projects, clubs, or internships
  • Used any HR system before (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Participated in case competitions, training workshops, or teaching assistant roles
Relevant Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline – HR, Business, IT, Communication, Psychology, Mass Comm, Education, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Native or business‑fluent Mandarin strongly preferred (daily spoken and written communication with internal team)
  • Strong desire to master software and explain it simply to others
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups (online & offline)
  • Fast learner, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
  • Good time-management and bale to handle multiple deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a bonus for understanding reports and data queries but not required (we will teach you)
