Job Family / Department: Consultant / Technical
Reporting: Manager, Technical Services
Responsibilities
- Engage with the Clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- A strong technical knowledge to identify and understand customer challenges.
- Work with the sales team to develop and execute solutions meeting customers' business requirements.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations, presentations and technical proposals.
- Synergy with cross-functional teams through technical collaboration.
- Proactively guide the team in performing technical fault isolation or troubleshooting.
- Engage and work with the respective principal or party on the delivery of technical proposals.
- Contribute to achieving the Technical GP target and also team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Pre-Sales Solution and Service Delivery
- Understanding of systems architecture across the solution landscape – private cloud solutions, data and endpoint security and cloud technologies.
- Provide technical leadership during requirements discovery & solution development, and bridge with internal teams to ensure the solutions are met.
- Deliver solution design/architecture, proposal, bill of materials and solution presentation.
- Collaborate with internal sales to prepare the solutions, technical documentation and clarification.
- Lead and deliver Proof of Concept and demo; create a reference architecture for business use cases.

Technology Competencies and Experience Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a consultant and implementer.
- Understanding of IT compliance and scalability best practices.
- Experience with the data centre infrastructure and networking.
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of Citrix, Broadcom and Microsoft platforms.
- Knowledge of data centre infrastructure hardware, including server, storage and networking components.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite & ManageEngine solutions.
- Knowledge of data protection strategies, backup, replication and disaster recovery.
- Familiar with Endpoint Security – Endpoint Detection and Response and related solutions.
- Familiar with Public Cloud IaaS Solutions (AWS, Azure) & Linux is an advantage.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Veeam) are an advantage.
- 4+ years of working experience in implementations or Pre-Sales.
Education or Certification
- Minimum a Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent.
- Good Spoken & written proficiency in English; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
