The Opportunity

We are looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner (Chinese Speaking) who will help us strategically yet grow our world-class team in Malaysia and other countries across the globethrough end-to-end high-volume hiring. You should be passionate about recruiting first-rate talents that will add value to the business. Partnering with senior management (including C-levels), you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Agoda scale our business globally.

This role is based in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their businessobjectivesand hiring needs.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless,uniformand positive candidate experience.
  • Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access tothe best talentin the market, working comfortably on a global level.
  • Engage increativetalent mapping efforts for the purposes ofbuildingourcandidatepipelineas well asto providemarket intelligence to the business.
  • Work on recruitment projects andevents tosupport mass hiring initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and attract top talents.

Whatyou'llNeed to Succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills inEnglish andMandarin Chinese.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company/BPO set up in ahigh-volumehiring environment.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership across the company using a data driven approach.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards,MSOffice Suite(Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
  • Ability to be proactive,identifyareas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Highlypassionate about recruitment.
