Job description

To review and close the monthly Property accounts To ensure all property transaction journals from IFCA is interfaced to OFIN Gen Ledger To ensure all related journals for monthly close i.e. notional rental, lease WIP capitalisation, ESOS/ESPP are prepared and posted To reconcile the property register for Self Occupied Property (SOP) and Investment Property (IP) To analyse the work in progress account To assess and compile Company's leases on half-yearly basis. To prepare related report for leases and property by prescribed deadlines given by Group To assist in analysis of Management and Distribution Expenses for Company's annual business plan by prescribed deadlines To assist in preparation of monthly SMT slides and BOR report To prepare monthly intercompany billings for all related companies Assist in coding of payment vouchers within prescribed limits. Prepare and update section's job procedures (Standard Operating Procedures) i.e. on Self Occupied Properties and Investment Property, Leases etc.

  • Fresh graduate from Accounting / ACCA/ Finance related background or staff with at least 1-2 years of working experience in a financial institution preferably life insurance or established audit firms
  • Proficient in the Financial Reporting Standards and its applications to financial statements Familiar with a computerised accounting environment and be conversant with personal computer software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
