Job Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering design for data centre projects / electrical / mechanical services from concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Serve as the technical authority on electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS, standby generation, power quality, and energy efficiency for data centre environments.
• Ensure all electrical designs meet industry best practices, client specifications, local codes, and international standards such as Uptime Institute, TIA-942, and ASHRAE Manage multidisciplinary coordination with mechanical, architectural, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure fully integrated solutions.
• Oversee preparation and review of design deliverables including drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
• Support strategic planning, fee proposals, resource allocation, and commercial oversight of projects.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and proposal efforts.
• Represent the firm in client presentations, technical reviews, and industry events.
• Lead the preparation of the documentation for the BQ.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Master from University recognized by BEM, PE, or certifications on Data centre
• Experience in HV projects starting from 33kv onwards 133kv, 175kv, 275kv
• At least 8 years of experience in related field
• Understand burden and stress of Data Centre projects
• Must be able to understand complexity of Data Projects
