  • Responsible to handle payment requests from various parties (eg: 24/7 contact centre, Clients, Members, Sales and Others)

  • Ensure all payment requests for the special account policy are attended and resolved within the agreed timeline.

  • Meet department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.

  • Communicate closely with 24/7 contact centre and finance and ensure emails are responded timely.

  • Assisting team members within the team as and when required.

  • Assist on general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.

  • Seek to understand rationale with facts for better payment analysis.
