Job summary

A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate for Agency Planning and Performance to support business strategies through data analysis and reporting. This role requires a degree and preferably 2-3 years of experience in a related field.   • Support business strategies with data study, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Assist the Team Lead with quality assurance for data management.
  • Produce assigned reports based on SOP and meet TAT.
  • Manage data requests to support agency business needs.
  • Support system enhancements to meet business demands.

Associate, Agency Planning and Performance

Support GELM Agency business by providing data information, sales analysis and report to assist business needs and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Data simulation: Support business strategies by providing data study, analysis and recommendation with best estimate output.
  • Database management, analysis and business monitoring: Assist Team Lead and ensure sufficient quality assurance is in place and deliver data request for business usage promptly.
  • Create and produce assigned reports (adhoc or recurring) and analysis request based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and meet the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT).
  • Manage data requirements and demands to meet the agreed TAT to requestors to support the agency business needs.
  • Technical Support: To support Team Lead in any system enhancement required that support business change demands
  • Report automation / simplifications for time savings
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
Qualifications
