This role involves supporting and delivering client accounting and tax services for TMF Group by ensuring continuous improvement in service quality, timelines, and efficiency. The position requires working within the Client Accounting team to deliver services according to established processes and compliance requirements, while participating in training programs to meet service standards and providing backup support for various accounting and tax tasks, including liaison with auditors and tax agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and preparing a full set of accounts for clients.
• Perform accurate bookkeeping and data entry.
• Develop system documentation, including the creation of client‑specific charts of accounts and data libraries within accounting software.
• Design and implement financial reporting processes tailored to each client’s reporting requirements.
• Respond promptly to client queries and requests, ensuring high‑quality service and support

Key Requirements

• Diploma holder / Degree holder in Accountancy or Business with recognized accounting qualification related disciplines
• Experience working in outsourced accounting Services is desirable
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices
• Intermediate excel skill set
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
