Job description

Central Vista (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Assistant QA cum R&D Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products, as well as driving research and development initiatives to enhance our offerings.

What you'll be doing

• a) To conduct & monitor verification activities to fulfill with HACCP / GMP/ HALAL requirement.
• b) To ensure the system compliance to HACCP/ GMP/ HALAL requirement.
• c) Participancy role as a Food Safety Management Team member for ensuring proper documentation control of forms & records in compliance with HACCP/ GMP/ HALAL.
• d) Review & updated SOP, procedures, flow diagrams, hazard analysis, CCP & OPRP summary plan.
• e) Responsible to handle customer complaint & product recall.
• f) Manage all long term & short term R&D projects to meet all company & customer objectives & ensure that all meet the regulatory guideline.
• g) Conduct product formulation, view & sensory tasting to provide solution for improving product quality.
• h) Responsible to review procedure, protocols & specification needed to support product development activities & ensure test result, timelines, specification & procedures are in standard format for inclusion in documentation databases.
• i) To perform Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Top Management from time to time.

• Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for quality management and product development
