Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in outbound processes.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures, including picking, packing, and stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outbound orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor outbound productivity and ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
• Verify stock accuracy during the picking and packing process and confirm stock received from the inbound team.
• All orders are packed on time with zero packing errors.

Safety, Cleanliness and Organization

• Manage outbound stations to be clean and tidy at all times.
• Keep packing materials well organized after use and ensure no forbidden items are present in the outbound area.
• Comply with safety rules and regulations at all times.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience is an added advantage.
