• Manage initiatives to optimize systems and improve operational efficiencies.
• Monitor product P&L, performance, customer feedback, and industry trends.

Job description

• Manage and execute the product strategy and roadmap for business credit cards portfolio.
• Manage product development, management and innovation to meet the evolving payment and financing needs of the Bank’s business banking clients.
• Own and optimize the P&L of business credit cards portfolio, including cards usage, balances, profitability and credit risk-rewards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Credit Risk, IT, and System teams to drive product development, launch initiatives, and enhancements.
• Manage initiatives to optimize systems, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiencies related to credit card products.
• Continuous monitoring of product P&L, performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to innovate and refine product suite.
• Ensure compliance with BNM regulations and internal policies.
