Job description

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Repair issues related to toilet tapping supply, drainage piping clogging, flushing bowls, piping leaks, etc.
2. Replace damaged ceramic tiles and floor grooves.
3. Repair roof leaks or damages.
4. Repair general electrical items such as sockets, switches, lighting, fans, broken cables, etc. Support other technicians in troubleshooting circuit breaker trips if necessary.
5. Service air conditioning units and repair small items such as office tools, tables, chairs, and doors.
6. Repair damaged tooling sheds and racks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
2. Technical or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
3. 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building services preferred.
4. Experience with basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
5. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
6. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
9. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
10. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior technicians or supervisors.
