As a brand ambassador of SMCP, deliver excellent client experience, embody its image to promote the brand and the collection with solid production knowledge and story telling

CRM
  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with our clients
  • Monitor and provide support to the team on CRM management
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize business
  • Be on top of the business, react quickly and proactively with any required corrective actions
Operations
  • Ensure the team comply with operational process e.g., cash register, stock, visual merchandizing
  • Be responsible for internal cross-cutting communications in terms of compliance
  • Guarantee the security / safety of the team and goods
  • Handle all sales-related report
People Management
  • Work closely with HR, be responsible for recruiting and training of talents
  • Analyse the team’s performance, motivate, coach and develop the team according to individual’s need
  • Handle all people-related issue and review in timely manner
Requirements
  • Secondary education graduate
  • Minimum 8 years related experience with (at least 3 years as shop-in-charge) in fashion retail preferably in ready-to-wear
  • Client centric and passionate in fashion
  • Strong leadership with good interpersonal, organization skills and business acumen
  • Sales & KPI driven, willing to aim higher and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experiences may be considered as Assistant Store Manager
