Job Description

Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Drive sales by setting performance targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement appropriate action plans to achieve sales targets.

Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.

Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
