Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the team possess a thorough knowledge of the company and products
• Ensure that all Stylist are able to communicate effectively of the product features and benefits and be able to advise customers on fashion choices and matching
• Conduct daily briefing to keep the team on track in delivering the weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Manage the store by recruiting, leading, and developing a team to execute outstanding service and build sales to deliver optimum business results.
• Ensure the store sales and inventory position is recorded and accurate in the POS system consistently.
• Implement and support effective retail operations functions and priorities
• Submit monthly individual punch card, overtime claims form, new hire job application form, medical, and or other misc claims to the company for payroll processing.
• Prepare team members’ duty roster.

Qualifications

• MALAYSIAN with minimum SPM or Diploma
• Have leadership and know how to take initiative
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and good administration skills
• Ability to work on flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, optional: Mandarin or local dialects

Location

This position will be based at Levi's AEON Taiping Mainline Store.
