A manufacturing company in Klang City is seeking an Assistant Sterilization Manager to oversee the implementation of GMP systems in sterilization. Qualifications

Job description

ASSISTANT STERILIZATION MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)

To ensure proper implementation of Good Manufacturing Procedure (GMP) system in Sterilization.

To ensure high productivity and minimum wastage.

To implement training program for all Sterilization staffs and workers.

To ensure output and quality of sterilize goods meet the stringent in-house standards.

To implement Preventive Maintenance for sterilization machines and dosimetry system.

Take overall charge of all sterilization personnel i.e., organize and supervise sterilization workers and housekeeping. Also, to train/re-train them in their respective job functions.

Upkeep cleanliness of factory by organizing regular spot checks on facilities and workers.

Work together with other managers to achieve better yields and upgrade process.

Ensure all factory consumable are available at all times, to reduce downtime and maximize production time by coordinating with all departments.

Constantly study the sterilization process flow problem and to evaluate if any "bottle necks".

Set up suitable communication system between shifts.

Organize and re-deploy workers in times of emergency stoppage.

Ensure all workers understand and adhere to GMP rules and carry out work according to work instructions.

Ensure that regular reports are sent to Senior Management accordingly.

To liaise with relevant department on new product packaging for betterment of sterilization process.

To be in-charge of the discipline of sterilization personnel.

To ensure the workers follow the safety rules and regulations in daily operations.

Responsible for company's policies and Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001, ISO 11137 and ISO 13485.

Responsible for Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Policies and the implementation of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).

Requirements
