Requirements

• Education
  • Minimum: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related field.
• Experience
  • 1–3 years of working experience in plantation operations.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant diplomas may also be considered for junior positions.
• Technical Skills
  • Basic understanding of plantation operations such as planting, harvesting, fertilization, and pest/disease control.
  • Familiarity with farm machinery and tools.
  • Ability to read field maps and plantation layouts.
• Soft Skills
  • Leadership qualities and ability to supervise a team of general workers.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English or other local dialects is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of responsibility and discipline.
• Other Requirements
  • Willingness to work in remote or rural locations.
  • Physically fit and able to work under hot and humid conditions.
  • Possess a valid driving license (motorcycle or car) – often preferred.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards (e.g., RSPO, MSPO) is an added advantage.
