Job description

Responsibilities

Assist the export team with order processing, including order confirmation and submission, shipment planning, and coordination with both internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery to the customers.

Handle customs clearance, permits, duty exemptions; ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations and incoterms; coordinate with government bodies for legal / regulatory requirements.

Liaise with internal teams (production, procurement, account & warehouse) and external parties (freight forwarders, agents, customers). Track shipment status; follow up to avoid delays.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.

Attend to the authorized department (FMM, MITI, CUSTOM & etc) to submit the related documents.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

Experience in a relevant industry ( Import & export-oriented companies) is advantageous.

Fresh graduates with a degree are welcome.
