Job Description
  • Responsible to meet designated sales targets; generate qualified opportunities and win new opportunities within a target time frame.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's adhesive and tape products, including their features, benefits, and applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Resourceful and a good communicator. Able to establish professional contact; identify and engage with new customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits.
  • Work well in a team; collaborate with key stakeholders to drive solutions to customers.
  • Time management and discipline: monthly updates on sales activities, demand forecast, and competitor activity.
  • Based in Penang or KL Central.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemical, Industrial, Engineering) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in manufacturing and industrial environments with a strong network and contacts.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly independent, creative, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills; proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license; willing to travel outstation at least twice per quarter within Malaysia.
