Job Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our industrial assembly tools, mold & die components, stud welding equipment, and painting tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct on-site visits to customer facilities to assess their current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using our products.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the designated territory.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide after-sales support to customers, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training on product usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial tools or engineering components sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical product specifications and applications to potential customers.
  • Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our industrial assembly tools, automation products related and etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions from our product range.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with a diverse customer base.
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines and tracking customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites within the Perai region for product demonstrations, technical support, and sales presentations.
  • Knowledge of industrial assembly tools (pneumatic, electrical, and power), stud welding, welding equipment & accessories, and painting tools is highly desirable.
