Responsibilities for Position
- Manage the Operating Plan based on Head of Operation / Company plans and discusses the performance expectations with the restaurant management team (RMT).
- Monitors the restaurant’s performance in all key result areas (KRA) and follows-through on action plans.
- Drives compliance of the restaurant on local and government regulations (Food Safety, OSHA, Halal, Local Regulations).
- Attends and/or holds regular meetings with the Team Members for updates and exchange feedback.
- Collects and analyzes business performance data and prepares required reports for the monthly business review and other presentations.
- Defines and achieves store sales targets, according to Head of Operation.
- Integrates desired product sales mix in suggestive selling and in-store sales building initiatives.
- Oversees new product (NP) launch and implementation, monitor sales, and provide feedback for product process issues.
- Monitors sales of new and existing products. Analyze the impact with the existing products.
- Develops the restaurant FSC and Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) targets.
- Monitors and analyzes FSC and GSC compliance of the store. Develops and implements action plans for identified deviations.
- Managing manpower requirements and adheres to approved restaurant manning requirements.
- Fully responsible to an effective schedule planning, relating to percentages of overhead cost vs sales.
