Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the water filtration, water treatment, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Executive at PureGen Water Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions from our range of water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps.
  • You will also manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the market; Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline; Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events; Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends; Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs; Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets; Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals; Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps; Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction; Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management; Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
