Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that restaurant’s goals and objectives are clearly communicated, understood, and met by subordinates.
  • Address guests concerns, request and/or any other issues either individually or by enlisting the help of others by following restaurant guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operations management team to develop and carry‑out procedures and ideas to continuously improve outlet performance.
  • Enforce compliance of work and services standard, hygiene standard, food preparation procedures according to restaurant’s Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV) guidelines, other policy guidelines established by the RV Group and the relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct day‑to‑day shift with proper shift briefing.
  • Supervise the smooth operation of restaurant to ensure that the service is provided promptly, courteously and professionally.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in stock check and stock ordering.
  • Provide support and assist Restaurant Manager to complete the daily paperwork, periodic inventories and statistical reports accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Possess full knowledge on food, beverages and other products & services served/provided by the Restaurant.
