A construction management firm in Selangor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor Assistant to support project management from inception to completion. The role involves assisting in pre-contract tasks like cost estimation and preparing tender documents, as well as post-contract duties such as cost control and progress reporting. Candidates should have a recognized degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing projects from inception to completion.
Support pre-contract tasks such as cost estimation, preparation of tender documents, and contract review.
Handle post-contract duties, including cost control, progress reporting, and contract administration.
Provide assistance in the preparation and submission of project valuations.
Education: Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
