• Familiarity with relevant software and tools in quantity surveying is an advantage.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Terengganu for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The role involves assisting with cost estimation, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project cost planning, monitoring cost control procedures, and preparing cost reports. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle while supporting the achievement of project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning to ensure effective financial management of projects.
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Reporting for detailed project budgeting and tracking.
