A Glass Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full‑time position where you will support our Quantity Surveyor in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Measuring and quantifying construction works on site
• Preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates
• Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor quotations
• Monitoring materials with quality control and workmanship
• Assisting with progress claims and variation orders
• Prepare subcontractor progress payment.
• Ensuring compliance with contract conditions and building regulations
• Providing regular reports to the procurement department

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using construction‑related software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
