Job summary:

Conduct QC inspections, maintain quality records, assist audits, handle complaints, and support quality improvement initiatives

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine QC inspections of incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods to ensure compliance to quality standards
  • Maintain quality records and reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in internal and external quality audits
  • Support the investigation and closure of product quality complaints and non-conformance
  • Monitor service quality of external vendors such as pest control and etc
  • Provide technical assistance to improve product quality and process
  • Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management
  • Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in food science or quality related courses
  • Fresh graduate or
  • Work experience in food industry will be added advantage
  • Knowledge in quality control process and food regulation
  • Knowledge in HACCP/GMP or other quality management systems
  • Proficiencies in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Teamwork and communication skills
