Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of projects in accordance with contract conditions, specifications and relevant documents.
• Engage in project correspondence and communications to ensure timely execution of contracts and avoid liquidated damages/claims.
• Establish a project team to develop realistic and achievable project plans and maintain them up to date.
• Prepare and submit contract progress claims accurately assessing completed works and materials, including any additional cost variation.
• Coordinate with site teams on available resources to undertake successful installation, preventing disruption to site activities and ensuring quality/safety first.
• Provide technical training to project personnel.
• Formulate and administer company safety policies.
• Involve in VMS and MS project data input.
• Track certification and payment of claim.
• Ensure main contractor & sub‑contractor comply with safety requirements and overall works comply with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering Discipline.
• At least 5–6 years working experience in lift and escalator or construction industry with Project Management experience.
• Experience in Lift & Escalator JKKP code.
• Good command in English and Bahasa.
• Able to lead a team.
• Self‑motivated and dynamic.
• Qualified PME or Professional Engineer is an added advantage.
