Responsibilities

• To trouble shoot machine, do maintenance, and repair work, plant improvement and 5S project
• To work all departments in the factory (loading, packing, wrapping & re‑work)
• Have a good working attitude
• Able to oversee shift (production), production output achieves, safety target achieved and plan well
• Housekeeping of the plant

a. Main Tasks

• Overseeing and supervising a shift
• To do plant maintenance and plant machine trouble shooting
• Operating the plant machine
• SW409, SW410 & general waste knowledge and handling
• To plan and control raw materials & packaging material
• Can co-operate with superiors, teamwork with others and achieved target given.

b. Others

• Any other tasks are assigned from time to time.

c. Security

• Maintain Sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information.
• Always maintain confidentiality of formulation.
